1.When will my order ship?
orders placed Monday - Saturday before 12pm GMT ship within 5 days. All orders
placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For
consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may

2.How do you packing the goods?
For security reasons, if small order will packing by plastic bags ;if more order will packing by boxes.
3.How do I know that my order had been shippend?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
4.Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

5.Tracking an order
To check your order status:
- Log in to your Candlace account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
