1.When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Saturday before 12pm GMT ship within 5 days. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

2.How do you packing the goods?

For security reasons, if small order will packing by plastic bags ;if more order will packing by boxes.

3.How do I know that my order had been shippend?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

4.Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

Sorry not at this time.

5.Tracking an order

To check your order status: 

 - Log in to your Candlace account.

 - Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.

 - Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.

 - You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
